<br />On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br />recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and
<br />variance granted to Ruth Bradley, ll9 McFadden Street, to permit
<br />the easterly 100 feet of Lot 9, in Block "A" of Realty Subdivision
<br />of Lot I of McFadden-Wilson Tract to be cut into two separate
<br />parcels and a single family dwelling unit to be established on the
<br />easterly parcel, and to permit building site area requirements to
<br />be lowered as to said parcels and certain yards to be reduced as
<br />to the westerly parcel upon which a residence exists, subject to
<br />
<br />certain conditions.

<br />The report of C.A.McOullough was read reference cleaning of Lot
<br />?, Block "K", Tract No. 266, and on motion of Trustee Chandler,
<br />seconded by Martin and carried, the claim of Miss A.L.D%u~ham,
<br />
<br />was denied,
<br />.
<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, a
<br />Resolution of the City Council approving and agreeing to abide by
<br />Califo~ia Civil Defense Master Mutual Aid Agreement, was read,
<br />considered, designated Resolution No. 4029 and passed by the
<br />
<br />followingvote:
