<br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the Map
<br /> of Plans of improvement of English Street and Martha Lane, as
<br /> submitted by Sidney Lowry, Civil Engineer, requesting deletion of
<br /> sidewalk'on the east side of Lot 14, Tract 1416, located on
<br /> Street, was granted.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the
<br /> City Engineer was instructed to pave Terminal Street, if funds are
<br /> available, and Resolution Accepting Deed and Dedication of
<br />
<br /> Street, was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 3925 and
<br /> passed by the following vote:

<br /> downy nature and attain such a large growth as
<br /> to become a fire menace when dry and which are
<br /> noxious and dangerous, growing upon certain
<br /> streets, sidewalks and private property in the
<br /> City of Santa Aha, by having the weeds referred
<br /> to removed.~
