Ciarlone, <br /> 801 E. let St., Ramon A. Prado, 701 E. 1st St., and Josephine A. <br /> and Tiburcio Bilboa, 522 No. Main St., were received and filed. <br /> On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Martin and carried, the <br /> applications of Louis W. Danforth and Frank J. S teinmetz, to drive <br /> <br /> taxicabs were granted and permits ordered issued. <br /> # <br /> <br /> A petition was read signed by seventeen residents in the 2100 and <br /> 2200 blocks South Patton Street requesting that an overhead light <br /> be installed at the intersection of Anahuret Place and Patton <br /> Street. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Martin and <br /> carried, request was referred to a committee with power to act. <br /> City Engineer, was appointed, as committee. <br /> <br /> Communication was r~ad from City Engineer stating that the exist- <br /> ing overhead lights between Flower and King Streets were installe~ <br /> before a number of the newer streets were opened onto Seventeenth <br /> Street and requesting authority to install tu.:o additional overhead <br /> lights and rearrange the others to fit the intersection. On <br /> motion ~of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, request <br /> was granted. <br /> <br /> Communication was read from Park Superintendent recommending that <br /> a private stU~veyor be employed to establish the proper line to set <br /> the fence at City Nursery at Delhi Road and Halladay Street, and <br /> on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, <br /> <br /> request was granted. <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, the <br /> report of the Police Department for the month of March, 1950, was <br /> received and filed. <br /> <br /> On motion of' Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the <br /> report of the Park Superintendent on Sidewalk Repairs for the <br /> <br />period December, 1949 to Ma~ch, 1950, was received and filed. <br /> ,, <br />No w~itten or oral protests were received reference amendment to <br />Zoning Ordinance to reclassify Lots 2, ~ and the north one-half of <br />Lot 6, all in Block "D# of Heningerls Addition, being a parcel <br /> <br />1421x125~ at the southwest corner of Richland Street and Broadway, <br />from R-2 (limited multiple) residence District to the R-3 Rasidenc <br />in accordance with application of Charles A. and Stella Quill, <br /> <br /> and on motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried <br /> the City Attorney was instru~ted to prepare Ordinance to rezone <br /> <br /> the property. <br /># <br />Communication and Resolution No. 315 of the Planning Commission <br />were read recommending reclassification of property on South <br />Broadway between C~mile Street and Fairv%ew Avenue, from the R-2 <br />to the R-3 District, in accordance with City Council ihitiated <br /> <br />District, <br /> <br /> <br />
