<br />following Ordinance entitled:

<br />of Tract No. 1265, from the R-1 Residence District to the R-2
<br />Residence District; said lots being on the west side of South
<br />Broadway between Borchard Avenue and Edinger Street, was read,

<br />location. On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Chandler and
<br />carried, communication was received and filed.

<br />On recommendation of the Traffic Safety Commission and on motion
<br />of Trustee Re=d, seconded by Chandler and carried, the City Engine
<br />was instructed to have safety lanes placed for pedestrian traffic
<br />
<br />at the crossing of 7th and Bush Streets.

<br />Memo was read from Purchasing Agent stating that an offer had been
<br />made, in the amount of $10.00 for approximately six gravel wagons
<br />which are located at the City Dump. On motion of Trustee Reed,
<br />seconded by Cheney and carried, offer to sell the equipment was
<br />denied and Engineer instructed to check on the condition of the
<br />gravel w~gons and if operator at Dump has been disposing of
<br />equipment.

<br />On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried,
<br />Opinion No. 89, of the City Attorney, reference Sale of real
<br />property, was received and filed.
