<br />On motion of Trustee Chaudler, seconded by Cheney and carried,
<br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission was approved and
<br />variance g~anted to Earl Bashor to permit the front yard require-
<br />ment on property at 1506 North Sycamore Street to be reduced to
<br />
<br />eight feet.

<br />No written or oral protests were received reference amendment to
<br />Zoning Ordinance to reclassify property on South ~oadway between
<br />Camile Street and Fairview Avenue, from the R-2 to the R-3
<br />District, in accordance with City Council initiated request, and
<br />on motion of TxwAstee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the
<br />City Attorney was instructed to prepare Ordinance to rezone the
<br />
<br />property.
