<br />Meeting called to order by the Mayor.

<br />Present: Trustees W.J.Cheney, Courtney R. Chandler,
<br /> John W. Martin Jr., Virgil H. Reed,
<br /> Allen A. Mandy.
<br />Absent: Trustees None
<br />
<br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of
<br />the Minutes of May 15th, 1950, further reading of the
<br />Minutes was dispensed with and approved on motion of
<br />Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried.
