No. 3940 Advertise for bids rest rooms Prentice Park On motion of Trustee Martin, seconded by Reed and carried, proper authorities were authorized to execute lease a~eement between City of Santa Ana and County of Orange, dated May 31st, 1950, covering the leasing of an electric generating unit, situated at the Orange County Airport. On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of. T~uetee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and ea~ried, proper officials were authorized to sign escrow instructions for the acceptance from A.B. Campbell of easements for street pu~-poses and sewer line right-of-way, being Myrtle Street extended, in the amount of $2100.00, and for the acceptance from William C. and Ruby C. Euebler an easement for sewer and street purposes, being Pacific Street extended, in the amount of $500.00. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, reports of Resident Manager, Casa de Santa Ana, Judgers. Office, Building Department, Juvenile B~reau and Police Department for the month of May, 1950, were received and filed. On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the demands as audited by the Finance Committee were approved and Clerk authorized to issue warrants covering demands. On motion of T~ustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the Clerk was authorized to advertise for bids for the sale of property located at the northeast corner 20th and North Main Str~ and to include in such advertisement Shat the City shall have the privilege of retaining and removing of all trees, shrubs, etc. # On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was accepted and tentative and final ~{apsof Tract No. 1445 covering completed improvements on Towner Street between Fairview and Russell were accepted, as submitted by Roy Russell and proper officials ized to sign map. # On motion of Trustee Chandler, seconded by Reed and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission wac accepted and tentati map of Tract No. 1415 was approved subject to certain c~nditi~ns. , On motion of Trustee Reed, seconded by Chandler and carried, reports of Griffenhagen and Associates covering Water and Sewer Systems, Police Department and including the Traffic Safety and Commission and the Animal Shelter,/Charles W. Bowers Memorial Museum, were received and filed. On motion ~f Trustee Chandler, seconded by Cheney and carried, plans for the conet~uctlon of rest rooms in Prentice Park were approved. On motion of T~ustee Reed, seconded by Cheney and carried, the following Resolution entitled: "Resolution authorizing and directing the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the construction of rest rooms in Prentice Park, Santa Ana, California" was read, considered, designated Resolution No. 39~0 and passed
