231 RESOLUTION NO. 672. A Resolution of thecity of Santa Ana providing for the issuance and sale of two hundred and fifty of its municipal bonds, prescribing the denomination and form thereof, establishing separate funds for the deposit of all moneys received from the sale of said bonds, and repealing certain provisions of Resolution No. 661. Whereas, at a special election duly cal led and held at, in, and for the city of Santa Aha on the 20th'day of July, 1920, pursuant to Ordinance No. 651 cf said city, the Board of Trustees thereof was authorited by the Votes of two-thirds ~nd more of all the voters voting at said special election to issue and sell the municipal bonds of the city of Santa. Ana in the aggregate sum of $234,000.00, for the acquisition andconstruction of certain municipal improvements, and the completion of certain other municipal improvements of said city, which mmnicipal improvements, the separate principal sums voted and to be expended therefor, the number and denomination of the bonds to be issued and sold for each municipal improvement, are fully set forth and epa- cified in Resolution No. 661 of the city of Santa Aha, as follows: (a) For the completion of the municipal water works of the city of Santa Ana in the principal sum of $33,000.00 end to be represented by 50 bonds 25 bonds in the denomination of $10OO.O0 and 25 bonds in the denomination of $320.00. For the acquisition and construction in the City of San~a Ana of a building for municipal uses and purposes thereof am a Fire Hall and the completion of the fire apparatus of the city of Santa Ana in the sum of $45,000.00 and to be ~epresented by 50 bonds, 25 0onds in the dencmination of $1000.00 and.Z5 bonds in the denomination of SgO0. (c) For the completion and improvement of the general sawer system of the city of Santa Aha in the Sum of $28, Q00.OO to be represented by 50 bonds, 25 bonds in the denomination of $1000.00 and 25 bonds in the denomination of.$120.00.' (d) For the completion and improvement of the City Hall of the city of Santa Ana, a building therein constructed for municipal uses in the sum of $12,OO0.OO to be represented by S5 honda in the denomination of $480.00. For the acquisition of certain property for muni- cipal uses and purposes of street work and to be used in the improvement and repair of the public streets of the city Of Santa Aha in the.sum of $16,000.00 and to be represented by 25 bonds, eaah in the denomination of $640.00. For the construction of cement pavement and a wear- ing surface upon a portion of North Main Street, a ~ub!ic streJt in the city of Santa Aha, in the sum of $36,000.00, and to be represented by 50 bonds, 25 bonds in the denomination of $1000.O0 and 25 bonds in the denomination of $440.00. (g) ih) For the construction of cement pavement and a wear- ing surface upon a portion cf East First Street, a public street in the city of Santa Aha, in the sum of $19,000.O0, and to bc represented by 25 bonds, each in the denomination of $400.00. For the conatruction of cement pavement and a wear- ing surface upon a portion of Bristol Street, a pub- lic street in the city of Santa Aha, in the sum of $9,000.00 and to be represented by 25 bonds, each in the denomination of $360.00.
