Not withstanding the terms and provisions of any <br />Ordinance or Resolution of the city of Santa And heretofore passed, <br />adopted, or approved, concerning the issuance and sale of the <br />m~nioipal bonds of said city, authorized at the special election held <br />on ~he 2Oth day of July, 1920, the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa And, determine to issue ~nd sali to the highest bidder for cash, <br />its municipal bonds in the aggregat~ principal sum of $234,000.00 <br />without further notice or advertisement, but for not less than their <br />par value and all interest accrued at the date of the delivery of <br />said bonde~ <br /> <br /> The principal of the indebtedness of $234,000.00 shall be <br />represented by 250 bonds of the city of Santa And, 225 of said bonds <br />being in the denomination of $1000.O0, numbered consecutively from <br />1 to 225, both inclusive, and 25 of said bonds in the denomination <br />of $360.00 and numbered from 226 to 250, both inclusive.
