:233 said bonds in She denomination of $360.00, also in successive numerical order, shall be paid until the whole of the principal sum of $234,000.00 shall'have been well and truly paid, in gold coin of the United States, making an annual payment' of $9360.00 and being 1/25 of said bonds, and the sum of $234,000.00 thereby repr es ent ed. Section 2. The principal .of the indebtedmess in the sum of $234,000.00 shall bess interest at the rate of 5~% per annum, payable semi annually the first installment of interest shall be paid on the 1st day of Ma~ch, l~21, and on the 1st day of the March, 1921, and on the 1st day of the months of September, smd March thereafter until the whole of s~id principal and interest shall have been well and truly paid in gold coin of the United States ~ Section ~. This bond is issued by the city of Santa Ana for the purpose of (here briefly insert the purpose for which the bonds is issued) and by the 'a~Athority and in pursuant to an act of the legislature of the State of California entitled: "An act authoriz- ing the incurring of indebtedness by cities, towns and municipal corporations for municipal improvements, and regulating the acqui- sition, construction or completion thereof".
