301 At a point on the center line of Bristol Street southerly of Fairview Avenue, which center line is also a pa~t of the westerly corporate boundary line of the city of Santa Aha, where it unites at an approximate right angle with a part of the south- erly corporate boundary line of said city, 6g.]5 feet. Section 2. All of the elevations in this Resolution of Intention hereinafter Stated and given are based upon a datum plane adopted add established by Ordinance No. 571 of the City of Santa Aha, which datum plene is 124.285 feet below the center of a bench mark consisting of a copper plate fixed in and located at the northwesterly corner of the City Hall of the city of Santa Ana, and marked: "U. S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, B.M." Ail said elevations are expressed in feet and hundredths of feet, and are elevations above said datum plane. Section 7. At all points existing between the consecutive designated points where the elevations are stated and given the grades shall conform to a true and uniform gradient along the center line of the street, between said designated points. All distances between designated points at which the elevations are stated and given are to be measured along the center line of the street un]ess otherwise specifically herein ~rovided. Section 4. The Board of Trustees of thd city of Santa Ana hereby elect to proceed under and all proceedings had and taken to change and re-establish the oribed portion of Bristol Street are in conformity with the provisions of 1909". official grade of the dee- and shall be taken under and the "Change of Grade Act of Section 2, This Resolution of Intention ~all by the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana be posted conspicuously for two days on the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees thereof, and pubIished by two insertions in MA~TA A~A PAI!.Y ~VW~C MFG?$T_W~, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ane, which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose. The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall thereupon cause to be conspicuously posted along all portions of Bristol Street designated in this Resolution of Intention where change of grade is proposed to be made at not more than 100 feet in distance apart but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, each of said notices shall be headed: ~NOTICE OF CHANGE OF GRADE" in letters not less than one inch in ~ength and shall in legible characters state the fact ofthe passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, the name o~ the street and the deecriOed portion thereof the grade of which is proposed to be changed and re-established, and shall refer to this Resolution of Intention for further particulars. The Street Superintendent shall aYso cause a notice similar in substance to be nublished for six days in ~A~TA iNA DAI~Y ~V~ING MMGI~T~, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Aha, and hereby designated for that purpose.
