302 The above and fore. going Resolution of Intention No. ?04 was passed by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at an ad- jottrned regular meeting thereof held on the i6th day of way, 1921, by the affirmative vote of the following named members thereof: AYES: Trustees J. VEGELY Clerk of the city of Santa RESOLUTION A~OPTING PL~N~ A~D SoF~I~IOATI~N?, No. 705 R~solved, that the plans'and specifications for the work to be done and the improvement to be made in the city of Santa Aha upon and along a portion of that certain open public street in said city, commonly known as Eamt ~irst Street, and which portion thereof ie des- cribed as follows:- ~ Commencing at the point where the center line of North and South Main Street intersects ~ast and West First Street, thence easterly along East First Street to the point where East First Street is inter- sected by a line drawn across East First Street ~ ft. westerly of and parallel with he west'rail Of the west track as now constructed of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fo Railway Company, and the entire width of East First Street between said lines from the oumb constructed on the north side to the cUrb constructed on the south side thereof. And where any street intersects or terminates in the described portion 'of East FMst Street then beyond said curbs across the gidewalk reservation to the North and South property line o~ East First Street, The said work to be done and improvement to be made consisting of the complete removal of the present asphalt cap or wearing surface from the cement base with which East First Street is paved, and the re-surfacing thereof by the construction UPon the concrete base of a new cap or wearing surface composed of asphaltic concrete two (2) inch thick. As said plans and specifications are prepared by the Engineer of the city of Santa Ana and submitted this 16th day of Nay, 1921, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for t he plans and s~ecifications for doing said work and the making of said'improvement.
