,304 the portion thereef wi'thin any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on East First Street. All of ,aid work shall be done in accordance with the plans ii'] and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolution No. 705 , on the 16th day of May, 1921, for said work and which plans and epeoiflcations are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha.
