M~$OLUTION O~ INTFNTION NO. ?06~ Resolved, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aris to order the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the city of Santa Aha: on and along a ~ortlo2_of that open public street in said city, commonly known as East First Street, and which portion thereof is described as commencing at the point where the center line of North and South Main Street intersects East and West First Street; thence easterly along East Cirst Street to the point where East First Street is intersected by a line drawn across Eawt First Street two (2) feet westerly of and parallel with the westerly rail of the westerly track, as now constructed, of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company, and the ent~.r~ width of the described portion of East First Street from the curb constructed on the northerly side thereof to the curb constructed on the southerly side thereof, and where no curb is constructed then to the northerly end southerly curb lines existing on the described portion of East First StreW, and where any street terminates in or intersects the described portion of East First Street, then beyond said curbs, and where no curbs exist then beyond the said curb lines, and across the side- walk reservation to the north and south property lines existing on the northerly and southerly sides of the described portion of East First Street. The use hereinafter in this Resolution of Intention of the words or phrase "East First Street m is intended to mean, does mean, and shall at all times be construed to mean the portion of said open public street above described. The work and imp~ovement which the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa ~ns intends to order done and made in, on, and along East First Street is briefly described as follows: (a) The complete removal off of~-and from the concrete base or pavement With which East First Street is now paved, of the as- phaltic cap or wearing surface, and the recapping or rasurfaclng of East First Street by conStruCting on the said concrete base or pavement an asphaltic concrete wearing surface two (2) inches thick. Excepting from the work above described any'of said work al- ready done upon East ~irst. Street to the official grade. Excepting however from all of the aforesaid described work
