346 RESOIUTION ADOPTING °SANS AND FOFC!WICATION$ NO. Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the work to be done and improvement to be made in the city of Santa ~na, prepared and furnished by the City Engineer of said City, as required by the Board of Trustees thereof, upon and along a portion of that open public street therein, commonly known as Cypress Avenue, which ~ortion thereof ie described as commencing at the south line of Chestnut Avenue, thence south- erly to the north line of McFadden Street, and for the entire width of said Cypress Avenue, ~rom the curb on the East side to the curb on the West side thereof, and where any street or alley intersects or teminatea iz~ said street, then 0eyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservation to the East and West property lines on said stresS, and which work and im- provement is briefly described as: (1) The construction of concrete curb along the East and West curb lines of said stresS, and concrete return curbs at street and alley intersections. (2) The regrading of said street to a suOgrade 5" below the official grade thereof as said official grade is now established. (3) The excavation of lateral or house connection sewer trenches and the construction therein of lateral or house connection sewers extending from the main sewer wipe line now existing in and approximately along the center line of Cypress Avenue where same are not already constructed. (~) The construction of concrete approaches in all private driveways back to sidewalk line where same are not already paved. (5) The paving of Cypress Avenue by the construction on said grade of an asphaltic concrete pavement five (5) inches in thickness laid in two courses and complete to official grade, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for the doing of said work and the making of said improvement. I here~y certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted Oy the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ane, at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 26th day of September, 1921, by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.
