347 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. ?29 Resolved, that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha ~o order the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ans, on and along a portion of that Open public street in said city, common- ly known as Cypress Avenue, and which portion thereof is des- cribed as commencing at the place where Cypress Avenue is in- tersected by the south line of Chestnut Avenue, thence Southerly along Cypress Avenue to the place where Cypress Avenue termin- ates, being the North line of ~cFadden Street, and the entire width of the described portion of Cypress Avenue, from the curb constructed on the easterly side thereof to the curb construct- ed on the westerly side therco£, and wh~e no curd is construct- ed then to the easterly and. westerly cur O lines existing on the described portion of Cypress Avenue, and when any street or ~ley intersects or terminates in the described portion of Cypress Avenue, then 0eyond the curbs, and where no oumbs exist, beyond the curb lines, and across the sidewalk reservations to the east and west property lines of the described portion of Cypress Avenue. (The use hereinafter in this Resolution of Intention of the words of phrase "Cypress Avenue" is intended to mean, does mean, and shall at all times Ce construed to mem~ the portion o£ said open puolic street above described.) The work and improvement which the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha intends to order done and made in, on and along Cypress Avenue is briefly described as follows: (1) The regradin~ of Cypress Avenue to a subErade five (5) inches below the official g~ade tnereo£. (2) The construction of a concrete curO along the east and west side of Cypress Avenue and where a street or s~ley intersects or terminates in Cypress Avenue t~en t~e construction of return concrete curb on each side of the intersecting or ter- minating street or alley to the property line on the east and west sides of Cypress Avenue. (3) The construction of 20 lateral house connection sewer trenches, approximately 7 feet deep, said trenches to be opposite each 19t, piece or parcel of land £ronting on Cypress Avenue, except where a lateral ~ouse connection sewer a~ready exists; each trench to extend easterly or westerly as the case may be from the main sewer pipe line now constructed and exist- ing along approximately the center line of Cypress Avenue to and f~ush with the inside of the curb now constructed and ex- isting in Cypress Avenue, and where no curb is now constructed then to and inside of the cur0 line.
