RESOLUTION OkDEHING ~ORK NO. 9~ Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, on the 29th day of January, lg23, passed its Resolu- tion of Intention No. 92V to order the hereinafter des- cribed work to be done and improvement to be made in said city, which Resolution of Intention was duly and legally published tWice in SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING R~GISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Aha, all as required by law and appesrs from the affidavit of T.G.McDonour, principal Clerk of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the qtty of Santa Ana on the 1st day of February, 192~, and now on file there. in; and Whereas, after the passage and adoption of said Resolu- tion of Intention the otreet Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the c~-ntemplated work and Improvement,.at not more than JO0 ft. in distance apart, end 15 in all, notices of the rass~ge of Resolution of Intention No. g2V, headed - NOTICE OF IMPROVE%~ENT ~ in ~anner, form, and substances as provided by law, and the work being charge~ble upon a district conspicuously posted.coDies of said notice along all of the open streets within such district, not more than 300 ft. in distance apart on open streets 16 notices, Whereas, the Street each street, and posted on said and posted in all 31 notices; and Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana commenced to post the said notices on the 8th day of February, 1923, and fully completed the posting thereof on the said 8th day of February, 1923, more than ten days before the day set for hearing protests or o~Jec~- tions to the proposed work and improvement, all as appear~ by the affidavit of Edw.
