All of said sewer trenches and the excavations for the manholes and flush tanks to be backfilled and settled to a true and solid ~urface cn the est~bilshed grade. Excepting from the work above described any of S~id work already done to the official grade. Excepting, however, from all of the above described work the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by ~ny person or company having railroad tracks on the described streets.
