along the center line of West Fifth Street a distance of 180 feet to the point of beginning. ~Whereas, that certain lot, piece or parcel of land belonging to Santa Aha School District of Orange County, a public corporation, of O~ange County, Cali- fornia, described as beginning at the intersection of ~ the center line of Hickey Street and the 'East line of Artesia Street in the City of Santa Ana; running thence South along the East line of Artesia Street 306.V5 feet~ thence East 200 feet; thence north 306.V$ feet to the center line of Hickey Street, and thence West 200 feet to the point of beginning; reserving therefrom a strip of land 25 feet wide off the ~orth side for street and sidewalk purposes, and which is occupied by the grounds and buildings of Artesia School, and now used iu the performance of a public function, is · included within the~district aforesaid, the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha hereby declare~ ths~i said land shall be included within the said assess- ~ merit, and the assessment therefor shall be paid by the city of Santa Aha out of the General Fund. Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent. per annum will be issued here under in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, the l~st installment of which bonds shall mature nine years from the 2nd d~y of July next succeeding nine months from their date. Notice is hereby given that on Monday, the ~ 19th day of ~arch, 1923, at ~:~0 o'clock p.m. of ~ that day, 'in the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, in the City Hall thereof, any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear be- fore said Board of Trustees and show cause why said ~roposed Improvement should not be carried out in ~ccord~nce with this Resolution of Intention. The Clerk of t~e city of Santa Aha shall ca~se this Hesolution of Intention to be published twice in the SANTA ANA DAILY EVENING REGISTER, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Sant~ Aha, and which newspaper is hereby desiguated~ for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. ~ The Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha sh~ll c~use to be consricously posted along the line of said contempjated work and iu~pr'ovemeut~ at not'more th~n three/hundred (300) feet in~dist~nce apart, but not less than three in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention.
