Noes, Trustees Absent, Trustees Attest: The work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such districts, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, on each street. AL1 of the posting must be fully completed at least ten days before the d~y in this Resolution of Intention set for hearing protests or objections. All of said notices shall be headed - ~0TICE OF INPROVE~ MENT in letters of not less than one inch In length, and shall in l~g~ble character state the fact of t~e passage of thie Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly describe the work and improvement proposed snd refer to this Resolu- tion .Of Intention for further particulars. The said notice shall also contain a statement of the day, hour, and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement, may ~ppear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the pr6posed improvement should'not be carried out in ~ccordance with this Resolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein the following: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and bear interest at tDe rate of six per cent. per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improw.ment Bond Act of 1915, the last installment of which bonds shall mature ni~e years from the ~nd day of July next succeeding nine months from their date." All said notices shall be posted and shall contain and set forth in manner, and form the f, cts, things, and matters required by law Ell of the herein proposed work shall be done in accordant with an Act of the eg~slature of the Stste of California, designated Improvement Act of 1911, approve~ April~th, 1911, and all amendments thereto: but in the event that bonds are hereafter issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for the work to be done snd i~provement to be made, then the proceedings for the issuance, sale and payment of said bonds sh~.ll be in accordance with and as provided by the improve- ment Bond Act of 1915.
