Ve~el~ '' a <br />City Clerk of the city of S nta Aha <br />and Ex-Officio Clerk of the Board <br />of Trustees of said City. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1069. <br /> <br /> A resolution determining unpaid assessments for <br /> the work done and improvement made upon a portion of West <br /> Chestnut and West Myrtle Streets, the aggregate thereof, <br /> directing bonds to be issued upon the security of the un- <br /> paid assessments, prescribing the denominations of said -~ <br /> bonds, providing for the issuance of the same in annual I <br /> series. <br /> <br /> Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the llth <br />day of July, 192~, was issued for the work done and improve- <br />ment made upon a portion of West Chestnut and West Myrtle <br />Streets, open public streets in the city of Santa Ana, for <br />Work and improvement as briefly described in Resolution of <br />Intention No. 848, passed by the Boar~l of Trustees. of said <br />city on the 2nd day of October, 1922, and Resolution No. <br />864, passed the 28rd day of October, 1922, ordering said <br />work; <br /> <br /> Whereas, on the 1Vth day of August, 1923, being <br />after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of --~ <br />the warrant, and the said warrant being returned and recor- <br />ded by the Street Superintendent of the city cf Santa Ana, <br />and after said return was recorded, the Street Superinten- <br />dent made up and filed with the Clerk of the City of Santa <br />Ana, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees.thereof, a com- <br />plete list of all unpaid assessments upon the assessment <br />and said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of said <br />list, and that V:50 $'clock P.M. of the 2Vth day of August, <br />1925, at the council chamber of the Board of Trustees cf the <br />city of Santa Ana was the time therein fixed by him when <br />interested persons might appear before the City Council md <br />show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security -~ <br />of the unpaid assessments shown on said list; <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa Ana was <br /> <br />in session and duly convened at the time and place in the <br />said notice specified, and proceeded to hear my objections <br />presented, and no interested or other persons appearing to <br />show cause or did show cause why bonds should not be issued <br />upon the security of the unpaid assessments or objected <br />thereto; <br /> <br /> <br />
