265 Monday, the 24th day of September, 1923, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chamber of the City hall cf said City of Santa Ana, any and all persons having any objections.to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed impr.o~e- ment should not be carried out in accordance with this Reso- lution. DIAGRAM OF PHOPERTY TO BE ASSESSED SECTION VII. The City Engineer is hereby directedl to make a diagram of the property affected or benefittedhy the proposed work or improvement as described.in th1, Reso- lution of Intention, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof. Such diagram shall show each separate lot, piece oF parcel of land, the area in square feet of each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land, s~d the relative of same to the work proposed to be done, all within the lim-i its of said assessment district, which diagram .shall govern for all details as to the assessment, district, and is hereby! referred to and made a part of this Resolntion of Intention. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VIII. The Santa Aaa Daily EveningRegiate~ a daily newspaper published and circulated and of general circulation in the City of Santa Ans, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shalli be published and the City Clerk of said city is hereby di- rected to cause this Resolution of Intention to.be published! by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it ad- visable that the Clerk mail copies of the notice of improve- ment to owners oP reputed owners, and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION IX. The Street Superintendent of said city shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Inten- tion, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the open streets within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution cf Inten- tion in the manner and form required by law. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees City of Santa Ana, California, at a regular adjourned meet- ing thereof held this 2Vth day of August, 1923, by the. fol- lowing vote, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees, C.
