IOVO. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the <br />following work to be done and improvement to be made in the <br />City of Santa Ans, in and along the roadway of West Washington <br />Avenue, and that portion thereof lying between the West line <br />of North Broadway and the East line of Lowell Street in said <br />City, more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) The grading of said described portion cf road- <br />way and the paving thereof with a five (8) inch Portland cement-~ <br />concrete pavement. <br /> <br /> (b) The construction of cement curbs on portions <br /> <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> (c) The construction of lateral house connection <br />sewers therein. <br /> <br /> Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designate~ <br />as Assessment District No. 58 for the improvement of West <br />Washington Avenue and submitted this 2V%h day of August, 1923, <br />be, and the same are hereby adopted as and for~the plans and <br />specifications for doing sai~ work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board <br />of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 2Vth day of August, 1923, by t~e <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trusteps, <br /> <br />C.
