2?7. any and all persons having any objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the said Board of Trustees and show cause why said proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution. DIAGRAM OF PROPERTY TO BE ASSESSED SECTION VII. The City Engineer is hereby directed to make a diagram of the property affected or benefitted by the proposed work or improvement as described in this Resolu- tion of Intention, and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof. Such diagram shall show each separate lot, piece or parcel of land, the area in square feet of each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land, and the relative location of mama to the work proposed to be done, all within the limits of said assessment district, which diagram shall govern for all de- tails as to the assessment district, and is hereby referred to and made a part of this Resolution of Intention. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION SECTION VIII. The Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper published and circulated snd of general cir-i culation in the City of Santa Ana~ is hereby designated as the~ newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub- lished and the City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- sertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners, and he is not requi~ed to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEI~ENT SECTION IX. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Intention, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said con- templated work or improvement, and along all of the open streetsi within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law. Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, at a regular adjourned meeting thereof, held this 4th day of September, 1923, by the follow- ing vote, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees, C.
