Bush, Deputy. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 10~3. <br /> <br /> A Resolution determining unpaid assessments for <br />the work done and improvement made upon a portion of North <br />Attests Street and West ~:ird Street, the aggregate thereof, <br />directing bonds robe issued upon the security of the unpaid <br />assessments, prescribing the denominations of said bonds, <br />providing for the issuance of the same in annual series. <br /> <br /> Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 20th <br /> day of July, 1923, was issued for the work done and improve- <br /> ment made upon a portion of North Artesia Street end West <br /> Third Street, open public streets in the city of Santa Ane, <br /> for work and improvement as briefly described in Resolution <br /> of Intention No. 933, passed the Sth day of February, 1923, <br /> and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 985 passed on <br /> the 26th day of February, 192~; <br /> <br /> Whereas, on the 20th day of August, 192~, being <br /> after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of <br /> the warrant, and the said warrant being returned and recor- <br /> ded by the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, <br /> and after said return was recorded, the Street Superinten- <br /> dent made up and filed with the Clerk of the City of Sm~ta <br /> Aha, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a com- <br /> plete list of all unpaid assessments upon the assessment <br /> and said Clerk thereupou gave notice of the filing of said <br /> list, and that ~:~0 P.M. of Tuesday, the 4th day of Sep- <br /> tember, 192~, at the council chamber of the Botrd of Trus- <br /> tees of the City of Santa Ana was the time therein fixed <br /> by him when interested persons might appear before the <br /> city council and show cause why bonds should not be issued <br /> upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said <br /> listl <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the Ci~r~of' <br />Santa Ana was in session and duly convened at the time end <br />place in said notice specified and proceeded to hear any <br />objections presented, and no interested or other persons <br />appearing to show cause or did show cause why bonds should <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments or <br />objected theretol <br /> <br /> It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of Saa ta Aha determined, resolved and ordered as <br /> <br /> <br />
