RESOLUTION AWARDING BONDS. <br /> <br /> NO. lOV6. <br /> <br /> Whereas, this ~ the time and place for the sale of~ <br />bonds issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for <br />the work done and improvement made upon portions of West Chest- <br />nut Avenue and Viest M~tle Street, pursuant to resolution of <br />intention No. 848, and notice advertising for bids therefor <br />having been published, and no bids being made or offered <br />therefor: <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the bonds be delivered to B. IOVV. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the City Engineer of the City of <br />Santa Aha be and he is hereby required to furnish to the <br />Board of Trustees of said city plans and specifications and <br />careful estimates of costs and expenses for the improvement <br />of a portion of those open public streets in the City of <br />Santa Ana, commonly known as North Park Boulevard, which <br />portion is described as commencing at a radial line extended <br />scross said North wsrk Blvd. from a point §0 ft. easterly <br />from the Northwest corner of Lot 209 of Tract No. 428, as per <br />map on file in Miscellaneous Map Book 18, pages 33-34 Records <br />of Orange County, California, to the east line of Horth Flower <br />Street; also a portion of that open public street in said <br />city commonly known as Riverside Drive, from s line parallel <br />to and 660 ft. measured at right angles, northerly from the <br />center line of Santa Clara Aven~e to the east line of North <br />Park Blvd; also a portion of that open public street in said <br /> <br /> <br />
