RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1080. [rESOLVED: that the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be m~de in the City of Santa Aha upon and along those portions of open public street in said city, and which portion thereof are described ss follows: West Eighth Street from the north side of Sixth Street to the east side of Bristol ~treet North Garnsey Street from the north side of Sixth Street to the south side of Eighth Street North ~'lower Street from the north side of Eighth Street to the south side of Washington Avenue North Olive Street from the north side of Eighth Street to the south side of Tenth Street Lowell Street from the north side of Eighth Street to the south side of Tenth Street West Tenth Street from the west side of Patton Street~ to the east side of Lowell Street North Baker Street from the north side of Fourth Street to the south side of Eighth Street West Sixth Street from the west side of Baker Street; to the east side of Bristol Street Said work being described as follows: The grading and paving on the described portions of~ above mentioned streets with a five inch concrete paving, complete to the official grade. The construction of therein, and The construction of lateral house connection sewers cement curbs on portions thereof~ All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assessment District No. 88 for the improvement of the above~ mentioned streets and submitted this 24t~ day of September, 1923, be, and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha at an adjourned regular meeting thereof, held on the 24th day of September, 1928, by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees, C.
