286 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the award of the contract for city advertising to the Register Publishing Company made by the Beard of Trustees on the 28th day of August, 1923, and entered on the minutes of said B~rd on s~d date, be, and the same is hereby, rescinded. BE IT F~TRER RESOINED, and the Board of Trustees in its discretion hereby order, that all bids ~bmitted for city advertising for the ensuing year be, and the same are hereby, rejected, and the clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby, ordered and directed to readvertise in the Santa Aha Daily Evening Register for bids for city advertising for the ensuing year, Ayes'. RESOLVED: That the City knFineer of the City of Santa Aha be and is hereby required to furnish plans and speci~ fications for the improvement to be made in the City of Santa' Aha upon and along those portions of open public street in said city, and which portion thereof ~re described as follows: West Sixth Street from the west line of North Baker Street to the east line of North Bristol Street West Tenth Street from the West Line of Patton Street to the east line of Lowell Street Olive Street from the north line of West Eighth to the south line of ~est Tenth Street Eighth Street Lowell Street from the north line of ~est Street to the south line of ~est Tenth btreet.
