Whereas, sealed proposals for the doing of said <br />work was duly noticed by posting and pbulication of notice, <br />inviting sealed proposals therefor and all bids received were <br />at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana, held on the 16th day of April, 1928, in open session, <br />publicly opened, examined and declared and thereafter on the <br />Vth day of May, 1923, said Board ~ Trustees, deeming it for <br />the public good, rejected all proposals or bids filed. <br /> <br /> Whereas, six months have not elapsed s~ce the re- <br />ception or rejection of said bids and in the opinion of the <br />Board of Trustees of the City Council, public interest and <br />convenience still requires the doint of said work and the <br />making of said improvements. <br /> <br /> Resolved that the Clerk of the City of SantaAna be <br />and is hereby ordered to re-advertise for proposals or bids <br />for doing the work and making the improvement ordered in Reso. <br />lution Ordering Work, No. 9V4, an~ bPiefly described in Reso- <br />lution No. 959 and which Resolution is hereby referred to for <br />further and all particulars, bids to be received up to the <br />hour of V:30 o'clock p.M. of Monday, the 8th day of October, <br /> <br />1923, and to be opened at that hour, notice <br />proposals to be published in the manner and <br />designated in Resolution No. 9V4. <br /> <br />inviting sealed <br />in the newspaper <br /> <br /> I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution No. 108A <br />was duly introduced at a meeting of the Board of Trustees of <br />the City of Santa Aha, held on the 24th day of September, <br />1923, and passed by the vote of the following named members <br />thereof, to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Noes: <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Trustees, C.
