Ve6el~. <br />Clerk of the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> <br /> No. 1086. <br /> <br /> WHERFJ~S, the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha, on the 4th day of September, 1923, passed its Reso- <br />lution of Intention No. 10~2, to order the hereinafter des- <br />cribed work to be done and improvement made on West Washing- <br />ton Street in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. <br />lOV2 was duly and legally published twice iu the Santa Ana <br />Daily Evening ~egister, a daily newspaper published and cir- <br />culated in the City of Ssuta Ana, all as required by law, as <br />appears from the affidavit of T. G. McDonour, principal clerk <br />of the printers and publishers of said daily newspaper, and <br />which ~ffidavit wes filed ~n the office of the Clerk of the <br />City of Santa Ana on the Vth day of September, 1923, and now <br />on file therein; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption of said <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1072, the Street Superintendent <br />of the City of Santa ~na conspicuously posted along the line <br />of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than <br />three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and 40 in all, <br />notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention, <br />headed NOTICE OF IMPROVE%lENT, in manner, form and substance <br />as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a <br />district, also conspicuously posted copies of said notice <br /> <br /> <br />
