The construction of cement curb on portions of described West Eighth Street, North Garnsey Street, North Flower Street, ~orth Olive Street, Lowell Street, West Tenth Street, North Baker Street and West Sixth Street where same have not already been constructed and in accordance with the plans, profiles, cross-sections end specifications herein. after referred to, complete with the furnishing of all neces- sary equipment, labor and material. Excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon West Eighth Street, North Garnsey Street, North Flower Street, North Olive Street, Lowell Street North Baker Street, West Tenth Street and West Sixth Street. Excepting further from the above described work other than sewers or sewer trenches the portion thereof with- in any area which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on any of the above described streets. PLANS, PROFILES, CROSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section II. Ail of the above described work and improvement is specifically shown by plans, profiles and cross-sections, consisting of nine sheets numbered one to respectively, on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said city ou the 24th day of September, 1923, by Resolu- tion No. 1080 as the plans, profiles and cross-sections to be followed iu making the improvement herein referred to, and as is set forth in the specifications for said work, known ss s~ cifications for Assessment District No. 56, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Santa Ana, and adop- ted by the Board of Trustees of said city on the 24th day of September, 1923, as the specifications for the aforedescribed work by Resolution No. 1080. Reference is hereby made to said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications for a full description of said improvement, and the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work. GHADE Section III.
