RESOLUTION AWARDING BONDS NO. 1089. ~ereas, this is the time end place for the sale of bonds issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of North Artesia Street and West Third Street, pursuant to Reso. lution of Intention No. 933 and notice advertising for bids therefor having been published, and no bids being made or offered therefor: Resolved, that the bonds be delivered to Wells & Bressler contractors, in satisfaction of the sum due them upon the assessment and warrant, upon the execution and de- livery by them of a proper receipt therefor.
