$08 RESOLUTION NO. 1090. Whereas, on the 19th day of February, 1923, the Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant to a Resolution of Award thereof, entered into a contract with one B. R. Ford for doing the work ordered by Resolution Order- ing Work No. 920 and briefly described lu Resolution of In- tention No. 901, upon and along Eastside Avenue and Einwood Avenue: Whereas, the time specified lu said contract for the completion of said work expired on the 26th day of July, 1923, and B. R. Ford, contractor, duly applied for an exten- sion of the time specified in s~d contract, and Whereas, a necessity for extension of said time results from the inability of the City of Santa Aha to in- stall necessary water pipelines in the under said contract; Resolved, that the time for the completion of the work briefly described in Resolution No. 901 and contracted to be done by B. H. Ford is hereby extended for the period of six months from and after the 26th day of July, 1923. streets to be improved] I hereby certify the foregoing resolution was duly Introduced and passed at a meeting of the Board of Trus- tees of the City of Santa Ana held on the 8th day of October, 1923, by the following vote: Ayes, Trustees, C.
