The work and improvment is more particularly des- cribed as follows: 1. That all of the above named streets in the City of Santa Aha, and the portions thereof hereinbefore described be graded, paved with a Portland cememt concrete pavement, and have constructed along the same cement curbs where no such curbs now exist. 2. That on the described portion of the roadway of South Garnsey Street there shall also be constructed proximately lO14 feet of main sewer pipe line at the depth and in the place and manner provided by and in the p~ans and specifications hereinafter more full referred to; also lat- eral house connection sewers where same have not already bee~ provided, and the excavation for and construction of two (2 concrete manholes, and of one (1) concrete flush tank.
