Excepting further from the above described work other than sewers or sewer trenches, the portion thereof within any area which is required by law to be kept in or- der and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks on any of the above described streets. PLANS, PROFILES, CHOSS-SECTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS Section II. All of the foregoing work hereinbe- fore referred to as (1) and (2) under Section I is fully set forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross-sections numbered sheets I to 9 of Assessment Dis- trict No. 51, on file in the office of the City Engineer and in the specifications for said work adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa ~.na on June 2$th, 1923, by Resolution No. 1031, and known as Specifications for Improvement of Assessment District No. 51, on file iu the office of the City Clerk. The said plans, profiles and specifications are hereby referred to for the full and de- tailed description of the proposed work or improvement, and by reference thereto, the same are incorporated herein and made a part of this Resolution of Intention. GP~ADE Section III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part Wilshire Avenue, Borchard Avenue, and South Garnsey Street at a grade other than the existing official grade thereof, and on such part of the above mentioned streets the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of each of said streets as modi- fied and changed; on all other parts of the roadway of the Streets included in this Resolution, the work is to be done at the existing official grade. Resolved, that the existing grade ou Wilshire Ave- nue will be modified between the West line of South Main Street and the East line of South Flower Street; that be- tween said two lines work shall be done to a grade other than the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is~in- dlcated and shown by profiles and plans. Resolved, that the existing grade on Borchard Ave- nue will be modified between the West line of South Main Street and eht East line of South ~'lower Street; that be- tween said two lines work shall be done to a grade other than the existing grade, which new or proposed grade is in- dicated and shown by profiles and plans. Resolved, that the existing grade on South Gsrusey Street will be modified between the South line of Fairview
