817 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1094. <br /> <br /> A Resolution determining unpaid assessments for the <br />work done and improvement made upon a portion of Spurgeon <br />Street, the aggregste thereof, directing bonds to be issued <br />upon the security of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the <br />denominations of said bonds, providing for the issuance of thc <br />same in annu~! series. <br /> <br /> Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 2~th <br />day of July, 1923, was issued for the work done and improve- <br />ment made upon a portion of Spurgeon Street, an open public <br />street in the city of Santa Aha, for work andimprovement as <br />briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 926, passed <br />on the 29th d~y of January, 1923, and ordered done and made <br />by Resolution No. 943, passed on the 19th day of February, <br />1923; <br /> <br /> ¥~hereas, on the SOth day ~ August, 1923, being <br />after the full empiration of thirty days from the date of the <br />warrant, and the said warrant being returned and recorded by <br />the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana, and after <br />said return was recorded, the Street Superintendent made up <br />and filed with the Clerk of the city of Santa Aha, as the <br />Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, s complete list of <br />unpaid assessments upon the assessment and said Clerk there- <br />upon gave notice of the filing of said list and that 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M. of the 8th day of October, 1923, at the council <br />chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha was <br />the time therein fixed by him when interested persons rmight <br />appear before the City Council and show cause why bonds should <br />not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments <br /> <br />on said list; <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board <br /> <br />of Trustees of Santa Aha was in <br />the time sod place in said notice <br /> <br />session and duly convened at <br />specified, and proceeded to hear any objections presented,and <br />no interested or other persons appeariog to show cause or did <br />show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of <br />the unpaid assessments or objected thereto: <br /> <br /> It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Aua determined, resolved, and ordered as follows: <br /> First <br /> <br /> The assessments which are unpaid for the work done <br />and improvement made upon a portion of Spurgeon Street, which <br />work and improvement is briefly described iu Resolution of In- <br />tention No. 928, passed on the 29th day of January, 1923, and <br />ordered done by Resolution No. 942, passed on the 19th day of <br />February, 1923, are as follows: <br /> <br />OWNER ASS'T NO.
