The City Engineer is hereby direc- ted to make a diagram of the property affected or benefit- ted by the ~oposed work hr improvement as described tu this Resolution of Intention, and to be assessed to pay the expenses_ 1 thereof. Such diagram shall show each separate lot, piece or percel of land, the area lu square feet of each of said lots, pieces or parcels of land, and the relative location of same to the work proposed to be done, all within the limits of said assessment district, which diagram shall govern for all details as to the assessment district, and is hereby referred to and made a part of this Resolution of Intention. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTICE OF INTENTION Section VIII. The Santa Aha Daily Evening Regis- ter, a daily newspaper published and circulated and of gen- eral circulation in the City of Santa Aha, is hereby designs- ted as the newspaper in which this Resolution of ~nteution J shall be published and the City Clerk of said city is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two insertions in said newspaper in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it the Clerk mail copies of the Notice ef Improve- or reputed owners, and he is not required to POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT Section IX. The Street Superintendent of said city shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Inten- tion, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the streets within the hereinbefore described assessment district, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention in the manner and form required by law.
