I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution duly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha at a regular meeting thereof held the 10th day of April, 1925, and passed by the vote of the following ~amed members thereof: Ayes, Trm tees, C. ~. The Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Aha having made an assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed as sT cifled in the contract for the improvement of a portion of South Main Street, as described in Resolu- tion of Intention No. 92V, including incidental expenses, and filed the same in the office of the Clerk: Resolved, that the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha give notice of the filing of said assessment and of the time to be fixed by the Clerk and the place where all persons in- terested in the work done or lu the assessment will be heard by the Board of Trustees, said notice shall be given as pro- vided by law and the publication thereof shall be in Santa Aha Daily Evening Register published in the City of Santa Aha, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that pur- pose.
