RESOLUTION NO. 1099. Resolved, that the diagram of the property affec- ted or benefited by the work done and improvment made on a portion of South Main Street, as briefly described in Reso- lution of Intention No. 92V, be and is hereby approved. HESOLUTION ADOPTING PI~.NS AND SPECIFtCATI~S NO. 1100. Resolved, That the plans and specifications for the following work to be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and along that open public street in said city, commonly known as Porest Avenue, and which portion thereof is described as follows: Forest Avenue from the ~orth line of Fourth Street to the South line of Fifth Street. Said work being described as follows: The grading and paving of the' described pnrtion of said Forest Avenue with a five (5) inch concrete pave- ment, complete to the official grade. The construction of concrete curb where the same is not already constructed. All as prepared by the City Engineer and desig- nated as Assessment District No. ~9, for the improvment of the above described street, and submitted this l~th day of October, 1923, be and the same are hereby, adopted as and for the plans and specifications for doing said work.
