832 The Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, and the amendments to said Acts, do resolve as follows: Section I. That the public interest and convenienc, require, and it is the Intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement in said city, to-wit: In, on and along the roadway of West Fifth Street in said city from curb line to curb line, between the West line of North Baker Street and the ~est line of Nort.h Arte- sia Street, and where any street or alley intersects or ter- minates in the described portions of West Fifth Street, then beyond the curb llne and across the sidewalk reservations to the North and South property lines thereof. In, ou and along-~ the roadway of West Fifth Street in said city, between the West llne of North Artesla Street and the ¥~est city limits line, a strip of said roadway twenty (20) feet wide, being ten (10) feet ou each side of the center line of said ~est Fifth Street, and construction of a 2' x 4' concrete cul- vert across a portion of West Fifth Street, at the point where shown on plans. The work and improvement is more particularly described as follows: (a) The removal of the present pavement from the surface of that portion of the above described roadway of West Fifth Street, between the West line of North Baker Street and the ~est line of North Artesla Street, and the grading and paving of said roadway with a seven (7) inbh Portland cement.concrSte pavement.
