334 center line of Hawley Street and the said center line of West Fifth Street. (j) The excavation for and the constructlou of one (1) concrete manhole equipped with cast iron head pan and cover, approximately on the center llne of West Fifth Street where the center line of H~wley ~treet meets or inter- sects therewith. (k) The excavation for and the construction of one (1) lamphole at the Westerly end of the main six (6) inch sewer line herein proposed to be constructed along approxi- mately the center line of ~est Fifth Street. (1) The excavation for and the construction of one (1) reinforced concrete box culvert to be constructed at Station 47~49, e'xceptiug from the work above described any of said work already done upon aforesaid portions of West Fifth Street, and excepting further from all of the above described work the portion thereof within any ares whidh~ 1 is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any per- son or company having railroad tracks thereon. All of the above described work and t~provement is specifically shown in, on and by plans, pro- files and cross,sections, consisting of six sheets numbered one to six respectively, on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Aha, and adopted by'the Board of Trustees of said city on the 2?th day of August, 1923, by Resolution No. 1066, as the plans, profiles, and cross-sec- tions to be followed iu making the improvement herein referred--~ to, and as is set forth in and more particularly described in,J the specifications for said work, known as specifications for Assessment District No. 52, on file iu the office of the City Clerk of the Oi~y of Santa Aha, and adopted by the Board of Trustees of said city on the 2Vth day of August, 1923, as the specificati~s for the aforedescrtbed work by Resolution No. 1066. Reference is hereby made to said plans, profiles, cross-sections and specificatious for a full description of said improvement, and the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof and reference is hereby made ~hereto for a more ~rticular description of said work. GRADE Section III. Resolved, that the proposed work and improvement is to be done on a part of West Fifth Street at a grade other than the existing official grade thereof, and ou such part of the street the work is to be done at and in conformity with the grade of West Fifth Street as modified and changed, on all other parts of the r?adway the work is to be done at the existing, official grade.
