<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1106
<br />
<br /> A Resolution determining unpaid assessments for
<br />the work done and improvement made upon a portion of North
<br />Artesta Street, Hickey Street, West Ninth Street, West
<br />Washington Ave., North Baker Street and North Flower Street,
<br />the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued uDon
<br />the security of the unpaid assessments, prescribing the
<br />denomfnations of said bonds, providing for the issuance of
<br />the some in annual series.

<br /> Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 1Vth
<br />
<br />day of August, 1923, was issued for the work done and im-
<br />provement'made upon a portion of North Artesia Street,
<br />Hickey Street, West Ninth Street, V/est Washington Ave.,
<br />North Baker Street and North Flower Street, open public
<br />streets iu the city of Santa Ann, for work and improvement
<br />as briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 952,
<br />passed on the 26th day of February, 1923, and ordered done
<br />and made by Resolution No. 970, passed on the 19th day of
<br />March, 1923;

<br /> Whereas, on the 1st day of October, 1923, being
<br />
<br />after the full expiration of thirty days from the date of
<br />the warrant and the said warrant being returned and recor-
<br />ded by the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Lna,
<br />and after said return was recorded, the Street Superinten-
<br />dent made up and filed with the Clerk of the City of Santa
<br />Ana, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a com-
<br />plete list of all unpaid assessments upon the ossessment and
<br />said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the filing of sold list,
<br />and that 7:30 o'clock P.M. of the 15th day of October, 1923,
<br />at the council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the city
<br />of Santa Aha was the time therein fixed by him when inter-
<br />ested persons might a~pear before the City Council and show
<br />cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of
<br />the unpai~ assessments shown on asid list;
