34t OWNER Unknown Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa Aha was in session and duly convened at the time and place in the said notice specified and proceeded to hear any objections pre- sented, and no interested or other persons a~¥,earlng to show cause or did show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, or objected thereto: It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the C!ty of Santa Ana follows: First The assessments determined, resolved, and ordered as which sre unpaid for the work done improvement made upon:e portion of North Artesia Street,i Hickey Street, West Ninth Street, ~est Washington Ave., North Baker Street ahd North Flower Street, which work and improvement is briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 982, passed on the 26th day of February, 1923, and ordered done by Resolution No. 970, passed on the 19th day of Narch, 1923, are as follows: ASS'T NO.
