P~ESOLUTION EXTENIING TIlE NO. 1115 Good cause a~pearing therefor, and upon srrlicntfon of Wells & Bressler, contractors, for an extension of the time in which to comrlete the work and improvement upon a portion of ~cClay Street as provided for under the terms of a contract en- tered ~nto by Wells & Dressier, contractors, ~nd the Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Arm, on the 2Uth day of March, 192~. It is hereby ordered by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha that the time within which to complete the work and improvement upon a rortion of ~cClay Street as provided for in the terms of the contract entered i~ o by Edw. ~. Dahl as Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha on the 2~th day of March, 1923, end Wells & Bressler as Contractors, be and is hereby extended a period of sixty (60) days to and !ncludfng the 2nd day of January, 1924, and this extension sba]] be deemed to commence and be effective from the Zrd day of November, 1923, the date of t~e expiration cf ~l~e original time fixed in the contract.
