$66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~' <br /> .I0. 1116. <br /> <br /> On the 16th day of October, 1923, the Street <br />Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha filed in the office <br />of the Clerk ~Le~.of an aasesament to cover the stnm due for <br />the work done and improvement made on and along a portion of <br />South ~ain Street, an open public street in said city, as <br />provided for by the contract, and which work and improvement <br />is briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 92~, <br />and the Clerk thereupon gave notice of the time fixed by <br />him when ~1] persons interested in the work done or in the <br />assessment would be heard by the Board of Trustees; the <br />s~ d notice being published in the newspaper designated <br />therefor; <br /> <br /> The Board of mrustees of the c~ty of Santa Aha <br />being at the ti~-c so fixed duly convened and in regular ses- q <br />sion proceeded to hear the matter, and no person interested <br />in the work or in the assesament having a~pealed to the <br />Board of Trustees or objected or ampeared to or did object <br />thereto, or to any of the proceedings had or taken in the <br /> <br />premised; <br /> <br /> It <br />to cover the <br /> <br />is therefore resolved, that the assessment made <br />work done and improvement made including inci- <br />dental expenses in the improvement of a portion of South <br />~afn ~tr~et as briefly described in Resolution of Intention <br />No. 92~, be and is hereby confirmed. <br /> <br />I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was <br />regularly i~troduced and passed by the Board of Trustees of <br /> <br />the ~ *" <br /> C~ of CLa~ta ~r!a at <br /> <br /> ~t~ day of ~ ov~n~b r, <br /> <br /> Ayes~ T~ ]~t .... ~ <br /> <br />}~oes, Trustees, <br />Absent, Trustees, <br /> <br />a renu!ar meetfng thereof held on <br />192~, by the following vote: <br /> <br />C.H.
