Whereas, by Resolution No. 1095, passed the 8th day of October, 192Z, the Board of Trustees of the city of SantaAna found and determined erroneously ~h~t t~e amount of the u~psld assessment under assessment No. 151 on Lot 15, Block E, Tract No. 1~9, to be ~2V9.89, which assessment in truth and iu fact is [~2V8.89.
