RESOLUTION NO. 1130~
<br />
<br /> A Re~olution determining unpaid assessments for
<br />the work done and improvement made upon a portion of Bush
<br />Street, East Twentieth Street, West Twentieth &treet, East
<br />S~taClara Avenue, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to
<br />be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, pre-,
<br />scribing the denominations of s~d bonds, providing f~ the
<br />issuance of the same in annual series.
<br />
<br /> Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 6th
<br />day'of August, 1923, was i~sued f~ the work done and im~
<br />provement made upon a portion of Bush Street, East Twentlett
<br />Street, West Twentieth Street, and East Santa Clara Avenue,
<br />open public streets in the city of Sahta Aha, for work and
<br />improv~eut as briefly described in Resolution of Intention
<br />No. 914, passed the 15th day of January, 192Z, and ordered
<br />done and made by Resolution No. 931, passed the 5th day of
<br />February, 1923;
<br />
<br /> Whereas, on the 20th Bay of September, 19~3, after
<br />the full expiration of thirty days from the date of the war-
<br />rant, and the said warrant being returned and recorded by th~
<br />Street Superintendent of the city of Santa Aha, and after
<br />said return was recorded, the Street Superinte~dent nmde up
<br />and filed with the Clerk of the city of SantaAns, as the
<br />Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of
<br />all unpaid assessments upon the assessment and said Clerk
<br />thereupon gave notice of the filing of sa~ list, and that
<br />7:30 o'clock P.~. of the 8th~ay of October, 1923, at the
<br />council chamber of the Board of Trustees of the ~ity of
<br />S~nta Aha was the time therein fixed by him when interested
<br />persons might aD,ear before the city councfl ~d show cause
<br />why bonds, should not be issued upon the security of the'
<br />unpaid assessments, sh~n on said list;
<br />
<br /> Whereas, the Board ~f Trustees of Santa Ans was in
<br />session and duly convened at the time~and place in s~d no-
<br />tice specified and proceeded to hear any objections presente,
<br />and no interested or other persons ap~earing to show cause
<br />or did show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the
<br />security of the uupald assessments or objected thereto;
<br />
<br /> Whereas, at said time and place the Board of Trus-
<br />tees proceeded to pass Resolution No. 1098, and thereby
<br />determined the amount of the unpaid assessments and errone-
<br />ously determined that the amount unpaid on assessment No.
<br />151, being on Lot 15, Block :'E" Tract No. 139, to be $2V9.89~
<br />while the true amount was and is $278.89;
<br />
<br /> Whereas, said Resolution No. 1095, has been vacate.
<br />
<br />and set aside; it is
<br />the city of Santa Aha
