396 <br /> <br /> The f~m of the bonds shall be substantie]ly as <br />provided by Sec. 6 of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, <br />provided, that the same shall contain the a~propriate <br />words and figures to make the ssid bonds and the form <br />thereof applicable to the denominations, annual series, and <br /> <br />purpos'es for which the bonds <br /> <br />set f~.th. <br /> <br /> The bonds shall be ~ gned by the <br />the Clerk of the city of Santa bna. There <br /> <br />are to be issued, as herein <br /> <br />Treasurer and <br />shall be attached <br /> <br />to each bond interest coupons representing the payments of <br />semi-annual interest accruing and m~de payable upon the <br />principal of the bonds to which they are attached. <br /> <br /> All of s~ d coupons shall be signed by the Treas- <br />urer of the city of Ssta Aha, but the Treasurer's signa- <br />ture may be engraved, printed, or lithographed, on the <br />interest c6upons in place of the Treasurer's signature by <br />hand. <br /> <br /> The interest coupons sha~ be consecutively num- <br />bered from ~ upward on each bond, and the interest thereby <br />represented shall be paid on the 2nd day of January and <br />July in each year, c0mmenci~g with the 2nd day of January, <br />192~, provided that the coupons representing the first <br />pa~umeut of i~terest which shall become due the 2nd day of <br />January, 192~, being six mo~ths before the maturity of the <br />first annual series ~of the bonds, shall be for the interest <br />accruing thereon from the 20th day of September, l~2Z. <br /> <br /> Bond No. i in the denomination of <br /> <br />shall constitute annual series No. l, and be payable July <br />2nd, 1~25, bei~ the 2nd day of July ne×t succeeding nine <br />months after the date of the bond. <br /> <br /> Annually thereafter on the 2nd d~y ~ July of <br />each year, one additional bond i~ like denomination and in <br />successive numerical order, shal~ fall due and be paid, <br />until the ~rst five are paid, thereafter, annually, said <br />bonds in the denomination of ~1~8.12, shall fall due ond <br />be psLid, and the bonds payable in each year sh~ll consti- <br />tute the annual seri*s for the ~ar in which they are to <br />be p~id. <br /> <br /> Fourth <br /> <br /> Tl~e said bonds shall forthwith be delivered to <br />the Contractors, or his assigns, in satisfaction of <br /> <br />ance due upon the asseshment and warrant. <br /> Fifth <br /> <br /> The assessment, levy, and collection of taxes in <br />and ~r the city of SantaAna being m~d¢ through and by the <br />County of 0r~mge and the officers t hereof, it is ~dered <br />that a copy hereof be filed,in the office of the auditor <br />of the County of Orange, California. <br /> <br />the bal- ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
