A Hesolution determining unpaid asaessments for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of North Patton Street, the aggregate thereof, directing bonds to be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments, ~escribing the denominations of said bonds, providing for the issuance of the same in annual series. Whereas, a warrant ~nd assessment, dated the 15th day of October, 1923, was issued f~ the work done and im- provement made upon a portion of ~orth P~rtou Street, an open public street in the city of Santa Ana, for work and improvement as briefly described iu Resolution of Intention No. 955, passed on the 26th day of February, 1925, and or- dered done and made by Resolution No. 9~9, passed March 19t~ 1923~ Whereas, on the 9th day of November, 1925, being after the confirmation of the assessment by the city council and after the return of the warrant attached thereto, and th filing of the statement of payments received upon the assess. meut by the Contractor, the Street Superintendent of the cit of Santa nna made up and filed w~h the Clerk thereof a com- plete list of all assessments unpaid upon any assessment, and said Clerk gave notice of the filing of said list and of th~ time fixed by him whe~ interested persons might appear before the city council ~nd show cause why bonds should not security ~f the unpaid asaessments shown be i~ ~edo upon the on s~ d list, and Whereas, said notice was posted for not less than five days on or near the coundil chamber door to-wit: on the llth day of Nov., 192~, arid also published twice in Santa An~ Daily Evening ~egister, a newspaper published in said city, the said posting and the first publication of the notice be- ing not less than five days next before the time fixed for
