S99. Third Bonds shall be issued upon the security of the un- paid assessments, shown on the list thereof, as hereinabove determined, for the aggregate principal of the sum of unpaid assessments, towit: $2430.9Z, and shall be payable in ?~n anuuat series on the 2nd day of July of each year ne×t suc- ceeding nine months after their date, until the whole sum of the aggregate principal is ;aid; said bonds and emch of them shall bear interest at the rate of C~ per annum from the 9th day of November, 1923, the date of filing with the Clerk of the city of Santa Aua the Street Superintendent's list of unpaid assessments, and until the whole sum of prin- cipal ~wnd interest is pa~d; The interest shall be paid semi-annually by coupon: ou the 2nd day of January and July, respectively, of each year after the date of the bonds, provided, that the first payment of interest shall not be until the 2nd day of Janu- ary, 19~5, befng six months before the maturity of the first annual series of the bonds. A redemption fund sha]! be kep~ by the Treasurer of the city of Santa Aha designated: North P~rton Street Improvement Bond Redemption Fund, in which the Treasurer shall place all sums received from the collection cf assess- ments made for the pa~-ment of the cost of the work and im- prove~ent upon which the bends are issued, and the interest and penalties thereon. All said bonds shall be dated the 20th day of November, 1923, and shall be numbered consecutively from 1 to 10, inclusive, shall be each in the denomlnat~on of The form of the bonds shall be substantially as provided by Sec. 6 of tbs Improvement Bond Act of 1915, pro- vided,that the same shall' contain the anprcpriate wor~s and figures to make the said bonds and the form thereof applica- ble to the denomination, annual series, and purposed for ~ i which the bonds are to be issued, ss herein set f~th. The bonds shall be signed by the Treasurer and the Clerk of the city of Santa Ans. There shall be attached to each bond interest coupons representing the payments of semi- annual interest accruing and made payable upon the principal of the bonds to which they are attached.
